Hi, I’m Brooke — a UX and product designer with over a decade of experience turning complex problems into scalable, intuitive digital solutions.

While I’ve designed for household names like Disney, my most impactful work lately has been building internal platforms and tools that empower users behind the scenes. I’ve led design for enterprise healthcare dashboards that help members manage their insurance plans and insurance agents manage resources, as well as an internal accelerator product for Sitecore development. That project — now branded Hyper X — includes 50+ reusable components and will drive 20–30% faster implementation times across Horizontal Digital’s digital builds and future clients.

My expertise spans UX strategy, IA, design systems, and collaborative design ops. I partner closely with engineers and visual designers to craft usable, extensible solutions — whether it’s a design system-powered dashboard or a multi-team governance model. I also stay sharp using tools like ChatGPT and Claude to accelerate ideation, automate design documentation, and explore ways AI can support scalable design at enterprise levels.

Outside of work, I’m a travel-loving, podcast-obsessed hiker who brings curiosity, laughter, and a systems mindset to every team I join and all parts of my life.
